REV 0.1 — Shipping 2026
Creating the future of tools.
Toolbot designs, engineers, and 3D-prints field-grade tools for tile installers and finish carpenters. Engineered to survive sawdust, silica, and hard use — not hobby parts in disguise.
The Thesis
3D printing belongs on the jobsite.
Every Toolbot product earns the polymer it's printed in. Real materials, real loads, real failure modes — engineered out before they ship. We build tools we'd hand to a pro on a Monday morning.
Field-grade, not hobby grade.
Translucent Pro PCTG for everything visible (impact ~35× standard PETG, color in the resin). Glass-fiber PCTG-GF10 for structural plates. CF and TPU where the job calls for it. Material chosen per part, never by default.
Scanned to the millimeter.
Every mating surface starts from a metrology-grade scan of the actual tool — not a CAD guess off a spec sheet. If it fits in the model, it fits in your hand.
Mistakes designed out.
Asymmetric keys, bayonet stops, fasteners that already exist on the grinder. You can't install it wrong — because we made wrong impossible.
See It Work
The translucent advantage.
Every visible Toolbot dust-collection part is printed in translucent Atomic Purple PCTG — so you can see dust and debris flowing through the shroud, the adapter, and the hole extractor in real time.
Visual flow confirmation no opaque competitor can offer. If a line clogs, you spot it the second it forms — not after the bit binds or the shroud packs solid.
The Lineup
Modular dust-collection ecosystem.
A coherent system around the Metabo HPT G12VE2. One body, swappable mount plates, one port standard. Every product designed against the same TPS port and MPIS plate contract — buy in once, the rest of the family drops in without a redesign.
The Toolbot System
One tool. Every adapter. One system.
Every Toolbot product mates to a single, unified vacuum interface. One adapter per vacuum brand. Every shroud, every extractor, every accessory clicks in the same way — engineered original geometry, differentiated mechanically and visually from anything else on the market.
No compatibility lottery. No "does this fit?" in the aisle. If it has the Toolbot mark, it works with the rest of your Toolbot kit.
